I built this out of necessity, not as a product.

I started Nexus Kleen in 2015. Today it runs hundreds of active commercial contracts across Perth, with 400+ regular clients and over 20,000 cleans a year.

For years, I was the bottleneck. Checking invoices manually. Chasing follow-ups from my phone at dinner. Taking complaint calls on weekends.

Yes. You give me your email, I send you the playbook. That's the whole deal. I'll occasionally email you when I build something new, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. If you can set up a Facebook page, you can set this up. The playbook walks through each system step by step, including the tools I use and what they cost.
Will this work if my business is small?
Yes, and honestly it's easier. The smaller you are, the more these systems matter, because you don't have staff to throw at admin. Part 7 of the playbook tells you what to set up first based on your size.
Does this only work in Australia?
The systems work anywhere. The bundle documents are written for Australian businesses (WHS, SWMS, subcontractor agreements under Australian law), so check them against your local requirements if you're elsewhere.
